Who are we?

We are a new Early Years Unit striving to provide our community with high quality Early Years care, education and Forest School at affordable prices.

Our highly experienced and established members of staff warmly welcome children from the age of 3 to our newly refurbished and carefully designed learning environment and Forest School

What do we offer?

Hanbury’s Farm Early Years and Forest School is open between 8 am and 3 pm (Term Time) providing flexible childcare options to suit the needs of you and your family.

We offer 15 funded hours for 3 year olds and cater for 30 hour childcare funding for working parents.

If you are not entitled to funded provision and would like to top up your child’s hours, extra hours are available and can be booked for £18 per session.

Breakfast Club sessions can be pre-booked and runs from 8 am to 9 am at the cost of £6 per session.

What do we believe?

At the heart of our provision is our whole school motto - ‘Growing and Succeeding Together’.

We strongly believe that our youngest children need to develop strong roots in order to grow, bloom and blossom.

Our Early Years Unit aims to develop these strong roots, providing children with the best possible learning experiences as embark on their journey through Hanburys Farm.

We take a balanced approach to learning and development here at Hanbury’s Farm with a careful balance between independent and structured learning opportunities.

We have strong links to outdoor learning with our established onsite Forest School and large outdoor learning areas.

Our indoor environments focus on bringing the outdoors in. We have created calm and comfortable environments that allow children to feel secure, relaxed and ready to learn.

We have carefully created areas for children to explore independently and learn collaboratively.
