All positions within our school are subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which requires applicants to declare all unspent and any unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions, and convictions as part of the application process. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance, we will also carry out an online search for all shortlisted candidates, including checks of publicly available social media content, as part of our safeguarding due diligence.
