Following the Prime Minister's announcement this evening, ALL schools will be closed from tomorrow until further notice, except for vulnerable & keyworker pupils.
NO pupils are to attend school tomorrow,Tuesday 5th January (including vulnerable and keyworker pupils) as staff will be in school to ensure everything is in place for home remote learning and to finalise the staffing structure/rota ready to accept our vulnerable & keyworker children back into school from Wednesday 6th January.
Pupils who fall into the vulnerable and keyworker criteria, will be contacted by school tomorrow to confirm if a place is required in school.
As per previous guidance from the last national lockdown in March last year, if you are able to keep your child(ren) at home, then please do so as the aim here is to restrict the number of pupils and staff in school during this time.
We have attempted to send a text to parents tonight however, the teachers2parents system has crashed. Apologies for the communication being so late in the evening.
We appreciate this is a testing time for many once again and at very short notice. All we ask for is your support and patience during these unprecedented times.
If you have any questions not related to vulnerable pupil or keyworker places, please email the school office. Thank you
