12.3.24 British Science Week
Today, all classes from Reception to Y6 have taken part in a British Science Week themed workshop. This immersive workshop used fun and interactive activities to spark students’ excitement about scientific concepts related to “time,” in alignment with British Science Week 2024.
In the workshop, the children looked at:
Time Perception: begin to understand how time can seem to move fast or slow depending on what they're doing
Simplified Physics Exploration: explore basic concepts related to time and space, sparking curiosity about the physical world
Exploring Time in the Natural World: learn how nature uses time, from the life cycle of a butterfly to the changing of the seasons
